All of our lives got turned upside down when COVID-19 first hit. Here we are and while things have gotten a bit better, the COVID-19 pandemic is still very much present and affecting our communities, as well as the rest of the world. There are a lot of surfaces you’ll come into contact with in a car dealership. We’ve instructed our cleaning crews to continuously clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, throughout the day.
Even with our cleaning team making sure all high-touch surfaces are cleaned, it’s impossible to keep everything 100% clean all of the time. So we’ve also added hand sanitizer stations throughout the showroom and office areas. We ask that you make use of them whenever possible, especially after handling items like keys, pens, clipboards, car handles, etc.
The main way to keep the spread of COVID-19 low is by remaining at home if you are experiencing related symptoms. We’ve mandated all of our staff to stay home if they are showing COVID-19 symptoms or if they have come into contact with anyone who was showing symptoms. We ask you as well to stay home if you are exhibiting symptoms and come in another day when you are feeling better.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

For starters, we’ve added the ability to experience shopping for a car 100% at home, from the very beginning of checking out our available inventory to getting your hands on your brand new car. We call this our new car delivery program! Once you’ve found the car you want, you can complete the entire buying process online, even getting approved for our flexible financing or leasing. When we’ve finished everything, someone from our team will deliver your new car directly to you.
Another brand new program is designed to help those who already have a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Fiat model, and need to get it serviced. Our new service pick-up program allows you to schedule any type of service you need from our state-of-the-art service center, only instead of you having to come in to drop off your car, one of our team members will come over to pick your car up for you. We’ll leave you with a loaner if you need something to get around during your day, get your car serviced, and bring it back to you washed and disinfected.
Our new car delivery system works on any new or used car in our inventory, and both services are available to anyone within 20 miles of our Gallatin Pike location in Madison, Tennessee. At Home Test Drive*
So you know that you can chill out at home while you go through the process of buying a car, but what about test driving it? Test driving a car is probably the best part of buying a new car and most of the time you miss out on that when shopping from home. Well, our team at Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat thought of that also. Introducing the at-home test drive.
This brand new feature is available to everyone within 20 miles of our Gallatin Pike location in Madison, and works on any car available in our new car or used car inventories. Just pick out the car that you like and think you may want, schedule a test drive like normal, only this time you can give us a date and location of when you would like to do the test drive. Someone from our team will be in touch to confirm the details and then will drop off the car wherever you are!

There’s no limit to how many times you can do an at-home test drive, so you can repeat the process as many times as you need.
